How to Obtain a TouchScan License Key

  1. Check your spam folder for @palmerperformance.com.
  2. Search your hard drive for a file named TouchScan.ini. Open it with Notepad. Sometimes the key is stored in plain text in the old config file.
  3. Contact support. Palmer Performance has notoriously slow support (sometimes 3-5 days), but they are honest. Send them the email address you used to buy the software and the last 4 digits of your credit card/PayPal receipt.
