Nani rose as a "natural star" with Eega and Bhale Bhale Magadivoy (2015). The crime comedy Swamy Ra Ra (2013) and the zombie comedy Maa Abbayi Engineering Student (2014) showcased experimental indie spirit. Most importantly, S.S. Rajamouli began filming Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), which shattered all notions of regional limitations. The film’s cliffhanger ending created a national frenzy.
