If you are playing on Steam, follow these steps provided by Steam Support: Open your Steam Library. Right-click Street Fighter X Tekken and select Properties. Go to the Language tab. Select English from the drop-down menu.
If your text successfully changed to English but the characters are still speaking a language you do not want, remember that Street Fighter X Tekken features an in-game menu to toggle voice acting. Go to the Main Menu (now in English). Select Options -> Sound Options. Look for Character Voices.
