Load the FTF: Select your downloaded lock-remove file. In the "Wipe" section, ensure USERDATA is checked to ensure the lock screen is cleared. Connect in Flashmode: Turn off your phone completely.
Cons/Risks of this method:
The radio partition (modem) wasn’t properly flashed, or you overwrote NV items. Solution: Flash back stock FTF + restore TA backup.
