Install [2021] — Refxnexus2skinbundlel

To install skins for reFX Nexus 2 , you can use the built-in import functions located within the plugin's "System" page. Depending on your version and how you prefer to manage files, there are two primary methods: Method 1: Using the "Import Skin" Feature

Incorrect structure (will not work):

  • Inside the Nexus 2 folder, open the “Skins” (or similarly named) directory. If none exists, create a folder named “Skins” or refer to the vendor’s README.
  • Copy the extracted skin folder/files into that Skins directory. Preserve folder structure.
  • Launch your DAW and load Nexus 2. Open Nexus settings or GUI skin selector — the new skin should appear. If not, restart the DAW/PC.
  • Step 5: Switch to the New Skin

    1. Click the Menu button (usually the hamburger icon or "MENU" text) in the top-right corner of NEXUS2.
    2. Go to "Change Skin" or "Skin Selector" .
    3. You will see a list of installed skins. Select the one you just added from the bundle.
    4. NEXUS2 will reload instantly with the new look.
    1. Official reFX Forum – The "Skins" section has user-created designs.
    2. Visuals by Monet – A renowned NEXUS2 skin designer.
    3. DJ Digital Drops – Occasionally offers free skin packs.
    4. Create Your Own – reFX provides a skin template in the NEXUS2/Data/Skins/Example_Skin/ folder.

    Correct structure example:

Select the Skin: Once imported, click the GUI Skin box in the system menu to toggle your new look. refxnexus2skinbundlel install
