    On macOS (AU/VST):

    1. Mount the .dmg file.
    2. Drag quadraSID.component to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/.
    3. Drag quadraSID.vst to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/.
    4. Run Logic Pro in Rosetta mode (if on Apple Silicon).
    5. Reset the AU cache via Terminal (sudo killall AudioComponentRegistrar).
    6. The plugin will appear under "reFX" in the instrument list.
