- Centralized licensing: admins buy volume licenses and assign seats via a corporate portal or reseller; users then sign in to claim licenses.
- MSI or enterprise installers: many organizations use managed deployment for Office add-ins; Office Timeline provides enterprise installers or instructions for IT deployment.
- License reclaim and reassignment: admins can remove seats from inactive users and reassign them.
- Group policy and add-in whitelisting: IT teams should ensure Office Timeline add-in is allowed within Office environment policies and not blocked by application control rules.
- SSO configuration: admins need to configure SAML or Azure AD integration on the vendor’s admin portal, exchange metadata, and test sign-in.
- Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone/Android.
- Go to
app.officetimeline.com. - Log in normally. The interface is responsive, but full editing is best done on a desktop.
- Tip: Add the page to your home screen (iOS: Share > Add to Home Screen) for app-like access.
