Metropolis is a popular and modern beamer theme for LaTeX, but it is unfortunately no longer actively maintained. As a result, its list of issues is growing increasingly large. Moloch is a fork of Metropolis that aims to fix these issues as well add a few new features.

Nvflash 5.163 For Dos Better May 2026

Flashing an NVIDIA GPU BIOS via DOS is a classic method often used for older hardware or when a recovery is needed. NVFlash 5.163 is one of the last versions that officially supports a DOS environment. 1. Preparation Before starting, ensure you have the following: NVFlash 5.163 files: Usually nvflash.exe and CWSDPMI.exe.

8. Limitations of Version 5.163

Step 3: Boot into DOS

  1. Insert the USB drive and restart your computer.
  2. Enter BIOS/UEFI setup (typically Del, F2, or F12).
  3. Disable Secure Boot.
  4. Enable CSM (Compatibility Support Module) and set boot priority to Legacy First.
  5. Set USB drive as the primary boot device.
  6. Save changes and reboot. You will land at a C:\> or A:\> DOS prompt.

I was digging through some old driver archives and realized it's getting harder to find specific legacy versions of NVFlash. I'm posting version 5.163 for DOS here for preservation purposes. nvflash 5.163 for dos
