Plot: The story revolves around an engineer, Sathyaraj, who runs a small-scale business of manufacturing low-cost prosthetic limbs. Despite his good deeds, he is mocked and humiliated by people due to his appearance. He falls in love with a model, Likhitha, but struggles to express his feelings. The movie takes a turn when Sathyaraj undergoes plastic surgery to change his appearance, transforming him into a handsome and charming person, earning him the tag of "Mr. Perfect".
