Method 2: Hardware Keys (If you are locked out)

1. Turn off the phone completely.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power button simultaneously.
3. When the Mobiwire logo appears, release the Power button but keep holding Volume Up.
4. You will enter Recovery Mode (blue or black text screen).
5. Use the Volume keys to navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset."
6. Press the Power button to select.
7. Navigate to "Yes" and press Power.
8. After completion, select "Reboot system now."
