What Is a Language Pack?

A Language Pack (LP) is a software add-on that changes the display language of the user interface (menus, dialog boxes, help files, and ribbons) and, in some cases, enables proofing tools (spelling, grammar, thesaurus) for a specific language. For Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft released a series of standalone Language Packs for over 100 languages, including Lithuanian (lietuvių kalba).
