Common troubleshooting

• Permission denied when writing data: ensure service user owns the data directory.
• Port already in use: change port in config or stop the conflicting service.
• Service fails to start: check logs:

  3.2 Pairing the Device

  1. Power on the JUQ405. Wait for the voice prompt “Ready to pair” or a blinking green LED.
  2. On your phone, enable Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi (the JUQ405 uses Wi-Fi for video streaming).
  3. In the app, tap Add Device → JUQ Series → JUQ405.
  4. Scan the QR code on the back of the unit or enter the 8-digit PIN (found on the label).

  Ubuntu/Debian:

  1. Once finished, click Finish.
  2. Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc).
  3. Look for the device under "Ports (COM & LPT)" or "Android Device".
  4. Ensure there are no yellow exclamation marks indicating driver errors.
