The serial number on Godin guitars is usually found on the back of the headstock or on the inside of the sound hole. It might also be on the neck block inside the body or on the lower bout.

Digit 7: Factory Quality Indicator. A 0 means it is a standard model; a 9 indicates a "Factory Second" with minor cosmetic blemishes.

Digits 8-12: The unique sequential unit number for that specific product code. Dating Older and Specialized Models
