There are dozens of fake, malware-ridden, or incomplete versions of this software floating around on YouTube and sketchy forums. The "best" version for the L4150, L4160, and L4170 shares three traits:
Tip: The L4160 and L4170 are nearly identical internally. The L4170 is often a regional variant (Asia/Europe). The same resetter works for both.
Why Do You Need a Resetter Adjustment Program for Epson L4150, L4160, and L4170?
Best Practice: Before running the resetter, physically open your printer, remove the waste ink pad box (usually on the bottom right side), wash and dry the sponges, or replace them entirely.
Warranty: Yes, it voids your warranty. If your printer is under 1 year old, do not use an adjustment program. Epson’s service center can detect that the counter was reset (they check the EEPROM logs). Only use a resetter on out-of-warranty printers.
