Do NOT buy this if:

• The Fix: Do not use Windows Update. Download the official driver from the manufacturer (or a trusted repository like Station-Drivers). Look for driver version 1030.37.0421.2020 or newer.
• Pro Tip: Disable "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in Device Manager > Properties > Power Management.

• Visit catalog.update.microsoft.com.
• Search for "RTL8188FTV."
• Download the .cab file, extract it, and manually point Device Manager to the .inf file.

• Run CMD as admin: netsh wlan show drivers – confirm "Radio types supported" includes 802.11n.
