Microchip Technology does not officially provide a "portable" version of MPLAB X IDE v5.35

• Go to: Microchip’s official download archive.
• Navigate to: www.microchip.com → "Tools & Software" → "MPLAB X IDE" → "Previous Versions".

• Select: MPLAB X IDE v5.35 for your OS (Windows 64-bit is the most common for portable attempts).
