The International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) co-convened the Global Tailings Review to establish an international standard for the safer management of tailings storage facilities - this is the GISTM.

The standard can be downloaded here, and the International Council on Mining & Metals (ICMM) Conformance Protocols for the GISTM can be downloaded here.

Remastered 1.04 — Dark Souls

While the 2018 Remastered edition technically lists its core version as 1.03, it famously utilized Regulation 1.04—a legacy of the original 2011 patch that fundamentally reshaped the game's economy and balance. 4. Known Remaining Issues (as of 1.04)

Book of the Guilty – Still shows some banned players on PC (server-side, not patched).
Gravelord infection – Rarely fails to propagate in NG+ if host dies during infection event.
Cheat engine – On PC, some stat-based hacking remains possible (no EAC).
Switch version – Occasional crash when sleeping console with game running.
