You can bind a key to toggle settings optimized purely for headshot training. Create an autoexec.cfg file in your cstrike folder and add this: cs 1.6 console commands headshot

• cl_crosshair_size small (or medium): Large crosshairs often cover the enemy's head entirely at medium range, forcing you to guess. A small crosshair offers a precise point of reference.
