Because the software is no longer officially supported or updated, there is no legitimate, automatic “trial reset” button inside the app. However, technically savvy users have previously attempted manual resets by removing trial-related registry entries or hidden files. Method 1: The Registry Wipe

  1. Close CrazyBump completely. Ensure it isn't running in the system tray.
  2. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
  3. Type regedit and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
  4. Navigate to the following path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\CrazyBump
  5. Right-click the CrazyBump folder and select Delete.
  6. Crucial Step: You must also delete the "license" or "trial" keys found sometimes in: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CrazyBump (for 64-bit systems).
  7. Close Registry Editor.
  8. Reinstall CrazyBump. The software will think it is being installed for the first time.
