The Risk of "Full" Lists:
Cemu, by design, does not circumvent encryption. Instead, it emulates the Wii U hardware so accurately that it expects encrypted game files—just like a real console would. Therefore, to run an encrypted game, Cemu must be provided with the correct title key to decrypt it on the fly.
Cemu has evolved significantly. In recent years, the developers added support for unencrypted game formats (specifically, extracted Loadiine-ready or decrypted RPX/RPL files). This means that if you convert your encrypted dump into a decrypted folder using tools like CDecrypt or wud2app, you do not need a title key at all.
