  1. Hold down the Volume Up + Volume Down keys on the side of the Z10.
  2. While holding both volume keys, plug the USB cable into your phone (the other end should already be in the PC).
  3. Keep holding the volume keys until the console window changes.
  4. You will see Device connected in download mode or Found OMAP 4470 device.
