A Blackberry 9900 autoloader flash file is a packaged firmware image used to restore, update, or reflash the device’s operating system (BlackBerry OS 7.x) without relying on the desktop application incremental update process. Autoloaders are stand-alone executable packages (for Windows) that include the radio/baseband, OS modules, and recovery utilities; when run, they put the handset into a state where the included OS image is installed cleanly.
