1. Unlock the D6 for Isaac: Defeat Isaac as ??? (Blue Baby). This is the single most important unlock.
2. Complete 20 Challenges: Focus on #2 (High Brow) → #17 (Waka Waka) → #19 (The Family Man) → #21 (XXXXL).
3. Kill Mom's Heart 11 times to unlock everything up to Sheol/Cathedral.
4. Unlock all base characters: Magdalene, Cain, Judas, Eve, Samson, Azazel, Lazarus, Eden, Lost, and ???.

Step 4: Launch and Play

1. Open the game.
2. Select the save slot you replaced (Slot 1).
3. You should see the file selection screen showing a completed post-it note (Golden God/Hush icon) and full completion marks.
4. Go to the "Stats" menu to verify that everything (completion, secrets, items) looks correct.
