To update your Astro A50 Gen 4 Go to product viewer dialog for this item.
- Unplug the Base Station USB.
- Hold the EQ button + Game button on the headset for 15 seconds to hard reset.
- Plug the Base Station back in. Re-run the updater.

Updating via console (PlayStation/Xbox)
- Ensure your console is online and fully updated.
- Place headset on base and power everything on.
