• Morning Brain Dump: Over breakfast, family members pitch ideas. "What if we swapped chores?" or "Let's guess dad's password in 3 tries."
• Batch Filming: Between 2 PM and 5 PM, they film 10-15 short scenarios. Each takes 10-20 minutes.
• The "Mom Edit": The mother (and primary editor) compiles raw footage, adding captions, sound effects, and music. She maintains the core rule: Delete anything that feels forced.
• Review Session: The family watches drafts together at dinner. If anyone feels embarrassed or exposed, the video is scrapped.
• Scheduled Posting: Videos drop at 7 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM to catch school, lunch, and evening scroll sessions.
